The crowd rose to their feet as Marko Karlstedt kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Eric Wennerström. That made the score 2-0 in the 32 minute of play. If Bengt Månsson had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 36th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Eric Wennerström made an important save on a dangerous shot by Oskar Hedkvist in the 42nd minute. Gemla's Eric Wennerström played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Marko Holmstedt in the 44th minute of play. In the 46th play minute Oskar Hedkvist came free and shot an unsuspected shot which went into goal from the right pole behind a surprised Eric Wennerström. 3-0. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 3-0.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Tommy Beckeman was the one to do the kick off. Eric Wennerström made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Kim Nordlander in the 54th minute of play. In the 54th match minute, Gemla was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Holger Dahlgren to maneuver through the defense. 59 minutes into the match, Gemla's goal looked a bit too open when Marko Karlstedt came free, but Eric Wennerström reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Eric Wennerström showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Marko Karlstedt, who was totally free with the ball in the 62nd minute. 65 minutes into the match, Gemla's goal looked a bit too open when Marko Holmstedt came free, but Eric Wennerström reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 66 minutes into the game, Click Click Boom's Oskar Hedkvist nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Håkan Fredriksson showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Tommy Beckeman in the 96th minute of the match. It was no surprise that this one had ended in a win for the home team. Click Click Boom had played much better football throughout.
