The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Sixten Granqvist to strike the kick off in the second half. 58 minutes into the match, Resby IF's goal looked a bit too open when Herman Sörman came free, but Axel Holmstedt reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Resby IF's Axel Holmstedt played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Johan Dalström in the 59th minute of play. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Herman Sörman in the 71st minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Axel Holmstedt prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Axel Holmstedt didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Herman Sörman went, in the 72nd minute, to the upper right corner, 1-1 was the resulting score. 76 minutes into the match, Resby IF's goal looked a bit too open when Johan Dalström came free, but Axel Holmstedt reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Resby IF's Johannes Rudkvist got a good chance for a goal in the 78th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Herman Sörman received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 83rd minute. Axel Holmstedt tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After a defensive mix-up in Vännäs's zone, Johannes Rudkvist stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Michael Ek came out of the goal and Johannes Rudkvist tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. With a little luck, Vännäs's Michael Ek got control of the ball when Johannes Rudkvist tried to sneak it across the goal line. The teams fought very hard right up to the final whistle. Both sets of players were happy to go away with a draw.
