Spectators: 7251 (Terracing: 5440, Seating: 1667, VIP seats: 144) Torgny Arenberg made the kick off and thus started the match. 3 minutes into the game, Flisby's Torgny Arenberg nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Gunnar Linberg made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-1. After a defensive mix-up in Färentuna's zone, Torgny Arenberg stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Gunnar Linberg came out of the goal and Torgny Arenberg tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Torgny Arenberg in the 20th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Gunnar Linberg saved Färentuna from getting behind. Torgny Arenberg recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 21st minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Jimmie Dahlkvist sent away a hard shot on goal in the 25th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After having played for 28 minutes, Torgny Arenberg managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Flisby's supporters crossed their fingers, but Torgny Arenberg was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. After 30 minutes, Michel Nyström made it 0-3 with a short kick to the right side. Färentuna's Gunnar Linberg tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. 34 minutes into the match, Färentuna's goal looked a bit too open when Torgny Arenberg came free, but Gunnar Linberg reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After having played for 35 minutes, Michel Nyström managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Flisby's supporters crossed their fingers, but Michel Nyström was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Gunnar Linberg took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Torgny Arenberg, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Torgny Arenberg received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 40th minute. Gunnar Linberg tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After some careless play in the Färentuna defense, Michel Nyström kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Gunnar Linberg. The Färentuna fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Gunnar Linberg should have stopped the shot. After a rather tough play, Flisby's Fredric Bark got a free kick in the 47th minute. Disappointed in the 0-4 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Bernt Hafström made a kick off. Torgny Arenberg received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 58th minute. Gunnar Linberg tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The supporters of Flisby booed when Färentuna was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 59 match minutes in a wonderful position. Ture Sjöberg didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 60th minute, one of Färentuna:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for Färentuna. When Torgny Arenberg came up free with the goalie in the 65th minute, the Flisby fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Torgny Arenberg couldn't finish the play. In the 66th minute, Ivan Borre hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Färentuna's Gunnar Linberg played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Torgny Arenberg in the 70th minute of play. Torgny Arenberg blasted a shot towards the goal in the 74th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Gunnar Linberg having to make a save. After some fancy dribbling in the 75th minute, Michel Nyström managed to get in a good position for a shot. Flisby's supporters rose to their feet, but Michel Nyström was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Gunnar Linberg breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Lukas Olofsson kicked well hit freekick during the 76th minute of the match. 79 minutes had been played when some careless play by Färentuna's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Folke Dalgren was slow to take the kick. During this time Flisby's players had a chance to rest. The corner led to Flisby's Ove Rolfsson getting away a dangerous shot that went just outside the goal. Michel Nyström fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 87th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Gunnar Linberg having to interfere. When Torgny Arenberg came up free with the goalie in the 89th minute, the Flisby fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Torgny Arenberg couldn't finish the play. Torgny Arenberg received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 93rd minute. Gunnar Linberg tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Gunnar Linberg made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Torgny Arenberg in the 96th minute of play. The Färentuna fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. Flisby were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
