With a couple of smart ball manuevers Georg Beckman in the 10th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Mikael Ljungberg saved Real Madrid from getting behind. In the 15th minute, Aleksander Gulliksson hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The audience thought a goal was coming when Aleksander Gulliksson got free with Mikael Ljungberg in the 17th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Thanks to some nice moves Fábio Prata could shoot a difficult shot in the 18th minute, which Mikael Ljungberg however easily saved by the left post. 25 minutes into the match, Los's goal looked a bit too open when 江银勇 came free, but Dag Bergqvist reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. If Milosz Skonieczny had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 28th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. An unexpectedly hard shot by 江银勇 in the 33rd minute of play forced Los's goalkeeper Dag Bergqvist to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Dag Bergqvist showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Milosz Skonieczny, who was totally free with the ball in the 34th minute. Mikael Ljungberg showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Georg Beckman in the 35th minute of the match. The score stood at 1-1 when the half time whistle went. Both sets of players seemed reasonably pleased with how the match was going.

The wind increased when Georg Beckman made the kick off in the second half. Los's defense didn't have a chance, in the 54th minute, when Milosz Skonieczny scored to the left of an out of position Dag Bergqvist, making the score, 1-2. Georg Beckman sent away a hard shot on goal in the 58th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Patricio Anievas blasted a shot towards the goal in the 62nd minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Dag Bergqvist having to make a save. When Christian Tholsson fell near the penalty area in the 67th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Real Madrid's protests and gave Christian Tholsson a yellow card for diving instead. In a very dangerous position, a player in Real Madrid fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 66th minute. Penalty! After some careless play in the Los defense, Milosz Skonieczny kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Dag Bergqvist. The Los fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Dag Bergqvist should have stopped the shot. An unexpectedly hard shot by Georg Beckman in the 76th minute of play forced Real Madrid's goalkeeper Mikael Ljungberg to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. When Kurt Ivarsson fell near the penalty area in the 76th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Real Madrid's protests and gave Kurt Ivarsson a yellow card for diving instead. Kurt Ivarsson hit a great freekick 76 minutes into the match. Alfred Boberg's late challenge caught a Los's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Alfred Boberg helped the player get up and apologised. After 79 played minutes Real Madrid got a freekick which was hit by Alfred Boberg. Mikael Ljungberg showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Fábio Prata in the 80th minute of the match. A collision led to Los getting a freekick after 82 minutes play. Georg Beckman hit a great ball. In the 84th minute, 江银勇 fired away a shot on goal. He put a little to much spin on the ball and sent it just wide of the right post. Mikael Ljungberg showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Georg Beckman in the 86th minute of the match. If Georg Beckman had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 88th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Georg Beckman fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 93rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Mikael Ljungberg having to interfere.
