An unexpectedly hard shot by Lars Käcker in the 8th minute of play forced Oxelösund's goalkeeper Sune Sundström to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Sebastian Wahlnäs in the 9th minute of play forced Traryd's goalkeeper Benjamin Sjögren to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Benjamin Sjögren showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Olov Odeen, who was totally free with the ball in the 11th minute. Adrian Biörling struck a weak shot in the 12th minute. Sune Sundström didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Traryd. When Bengt Britz fell near the penalty area in the 52nd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Oxelösund's protests and gave Bengt Britz a yellow card for diving instead. The supporters of Traryd booed when Oxelösund was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 52 match minutes in a wonderful position. Bengt Britz didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 55th minute, Sebastian Wahlnäs ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Benjamin Sjögren was frozen by the shot and now it was 3-0. Benjamin Sjögren came out of the goal in the 63rd minute to try and stop a shot by Oxelösund's Bengt Britz. But to his dismay, Bengt Britz quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 4-0. 71 minutes into the match, Oxelösund's goalkeeper Sune Sundström had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Lars Käcker. After some fancy dribbling in the 75th minute, Sebastian Wahlnäs managed to get in a good position for a shot. Oxelösund's supporters rose to their feet, but Sebastian Wahlnäs was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Benjamin Sjögren breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Sune Sundström showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Pelle Uggla, who was totally free with the ball in the 83rd minute. Benjamin Sjögren took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Olov Odeen, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Benjamin Sjögren made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Sebastian Wahlnäs in the 89th minute of play. 91 minutes into the match, Traryd's goal looked a bit too open when Arne Lindgren came free, but Benjamin Sjögren reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The referee blew his whistle, and the match came to a close. The players exchanged shirts and headed down the tunnel. The Oxelösund fans cheered their team off the field, for while Traryd had put up a good fight, they were unable to come out of the game with any points to show for their effort.
