The crowd rose to their feet as Bartlomiej Adamus kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Flavio Vittori. That made the score 1-1 in the 46 minute of play.

Boguslaw Kaczanek was out of position in the 74 minute of play, and Zaccheo Andolina capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Zaccheo Andolina really showed his touch with that goal: 1-3. Zaccheo Andolina's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Boguslaw Kaczanek read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 79th minute of play. Flavio Vittori showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Andrzej Gierasik in the 82nd minute of the match. In the 83rd match minute, KS Piast Cieszyn was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Krestoffer Leetmaa to maneuver through the defense. Italy's Sansone Vanella was substituted for Gianpaolo Mascari. Italy made a substitution. Adriano Curto replaced Zaccheo Andolina. A collision led to KS Piast Cieszyn getting a freekick after 84 minutes play. Krestoffer Leetmaa hit a great ball. Porziano Marchitelli recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 85th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 93rd minute the ball was on its way in behind KS Piast Cieszyn's goalkeeper Boguslaw Kaczanek, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. After 95 played minutes Italy got a freekick which was hit by Siricio Liotta. When the final whistle sounded Italy left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than KS Piast Cieszyn.
