But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Genílson Zonta couldn't finish the play. A collision led to Södra Vi BF getting a freekick after 21 minutes play. Torbjörn Hedvall hit a great ball. If Genílson Zonta had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 26th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 29th minute Albin Olsman shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Melker Skräddare saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Karl-Åke Helberg received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 30th minute. Kent Kellman tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Sakarias Lind blasted a shot towards the goal in the 32nd minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Kent Kellman having to make a save. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-1.

Genílson Zonta sent away a hard shot on goal in the 60th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The audience was convinced that Genílson Zonta's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Melker Skräddare was relentless in the 70th minute of the game. Albin Olsman could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 73rd minute of the match, but Melker Skräddare made a huge save. In the 75th minute, Real Madrid CF's Albin Olsman dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 0-2.
