Spekeröd RK's Otto Olsson proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 22nd minute of the match, managed to save Spekeröd RK from getting a goal against them. After a defensive mix-up in Syrianska FC's zone, Jarl Fogel stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Alexander Bredberg came out of the goal and Jarl Fogel tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. When Andreas Moberg came up free with the goalie in the 28th minute, the Spekeröd RK fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Andreas Moberg couldn't finish the play. Spekeröd RK's Otto Olsson proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 31st minute of the match, managed to save Spekeröd RK from getting a goal against them. If Jarl Fogel had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 32nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. When Nils-Erik Hafström came up free with the goalie in the 34th minute, the Spekeröd RK fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Nils-Erik Hafström couldn't finish the play. Alexander Bredberg stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Jarl Fogel's shot from short distance in the 37th minute. If Nils-Erik Hafström had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 42nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Jarl Fogel struck a weak shot in the 45th minute. Alexander Bredberg didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Spekeröd RK. The score stood at 1-1 when the half time whistle went. Both sets of players seemed reasonably pleased with how the match was going.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Jarl Fogel to make the kick off. Otto Olsson made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Martin Bank in the 59th minute of play. Jarl Fogel sent away a hard shot on goal in the 64th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Alexander Bredberg was in exellent shape and made a fantastic save when he, in the 75th minute of the match, managed to get hold of the ball after a long shot from Kim Kvist. Jarl Fogel's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 81stth minute, Alexander Bredberg skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. Jarl Fogel received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 84th minute. Alexander Bredberg tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Alexander Bredberg made a fantastic save in the 86th minute, when Åke Bammerman sent off a good shot on target. The supporters of Syrianska FC booed when Spekeröd RK was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 87 match minutes in a wonderful position. Åke Bammerman didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 88th minute, Bertil Asmundsson sent off a long shot on goal, but the shot was nowhere near the goal and Spekeröd RK's Otto Olsson didn't even have to move. An unexpected shot in the 94th minute by Jarl Fogel got the crowd on their feet, but to their dismay it went out on the left side. Alexander Bredberg made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Jarl Fogel in the 96th minute of play. Spekeröd RK's fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
