Marko Holm yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 2-1. Af the end of the first half the score was 2-1. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

Bernt Tomasson sent away a hard shot on goal in the 52nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After some fancy dribbling in the 54th minute, Kęstutis Bagvila managed to get in a good position for a shot. Athlético Africao's supporters rose to their feet, but Kęstutis Bagvila was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Marko Holm breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Kurt Kilström sent away a hard shot on goal in the 58th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. Marko Holm showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Geronimo Marin, who was totally free with the ball in the 88th minute. Torpsbruk IF's Marko Holm played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Geronimo Marin in the 91st minute of play.
