In the 23rd minute, Kurt Kilström got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Heuer FF's Isaac Pihlberg got a good chance for a goal in the 26th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 31st minute Kurt Kilström shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Pål Odeen saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The supporters of Torpsbruk IF booed when Heuer FF was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 32 match minutes in a wonderful position. Gustav Malmgren didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 33rd minute, Mårten Andberg got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Anders Säf fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 40th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Marko Holm having to interfere. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Eddie Boström during the 42nd minute. The player immediately received a yellow card.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Kurt Kilström made a kick off. Kurt Kilström blasted a shot towards the goal in the 56th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Pål Odeen having to make a save. Isaac Pihlberg charged in rather forcefully in the 62nd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Isaac Pihlberg the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Isaac Pihlberg kicked well hit freekick during the 63rd minute of the match. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Anders Säf in the 68th minute a chance for a shot on goal. Anders Säf helped the player get up and apologised. After having played for 87 minutes, Sören Algren managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Torpsbruk IF's supporters crossed their fingers, but Sören Algren was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Marko Holm showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Martin Vester in the 94th minute of the match.
