Thanks to some nice moves Stefan Alstedt could shoot a difficult shot in the 17th minute, which Per-Oskar Stephansson however easily saved by the left post. In the 19th minute, Hannes Hultstrand made a precise shot to the right of Henrik Bergqvist. Styrbjörnsstrand FFF's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-1. The supporters of Styrbjörnsstrand FFF booed when Fredrika IK was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 37 match minutes in a wonderful position. Sakarias Sjö didn't get a good kick on the ball. Axel Bäcklin fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 41st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Per-Oskar Stephansson having to interfere.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Hannes Hultstrand was the one to do the kick off. After some fancy dribbling in the 52nd minute, Axel Bäcklin managed to get in a good position for a shot. Styrbjörnsstrand FFF's supporters rose to their feet, but Axel Bäcklin was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Per-Oskar Stephansson breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. 55 minutes into the game, Anton Beckström was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Styrbjörnsstrand FFF's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Fredrika IK the free kick. In the 56th match minute, Styrbjörnsstrand FFF was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Anton Beckström to maneuver through the defense. Henrik Bergqvist showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Hannes Hultstrand, who was totally free with the ball in the 60th minute. After some careless play in the Fredrika IK defense, Mark Sjöberg kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Per-Oskar Stephansson. The Fredrika IK fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Per-Oskar Stephansson should have stopped the shot. Emanuel Johnsson could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 74th minute of the match, but Henrik Bergqvist made a huge save. 79 minutes into the match, Styrbjörnsstrand FFF's goalkeeper Henrik Bergqvist had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Emanuel Johnsson. Styrbjörnsstrand FFF's Ronny Enström was substituted for Jan Säv. Michael Fransson got a throw-in 85 minutes in the game and the ball was received by August Delin. Stefan Alstedt took the ball and in the 87 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Per-Oskar Stephansson. Per-Oskar Stephansson dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 5-1. After a defensive mix-up in Fredrika IK's zone, Axel Bäcklin stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Per-Oskar Stephansson came out of the goal and Axel Bäcklin tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Fredrika IK's Per-Oskar Stephansson played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Axel Bäcklin in the 94th minute of play. When August Delin fell near the penalty area in the 94th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Fredrika IK's protests and gave August Delin a yellow card for diving instead. In the 95th minute, August Delin hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The crowd rose to their feet and cheered when the referee blew the final whistle. Styrbjörnsstrand FFF had won after a very even match.
