Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) Anthon Söderqwist started the match with the kick off in front of an excited audience. Tord Lööf charged in rather forcefully in the 4th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Tord Lööf the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. The supporters of Veberöd IFK booed when Landön BK was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 4 match minutes in a wonderful position. Tord Lööf didn't get a good kick on the ball. Landön BK's Patrik Holmberg proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 8th minute of the match, managed to save Landön BK from getting a goal against them. If Edgar Hellsing had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 9th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After some fancy dribbling in the 12th minute, Charlie Ferm managed to get in a good position for a shot. Veberöd IFK's supporters rose to their feet, but Charlie Ferm was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Patrik Holmberg breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. In the 21st minute of the match Claes Öfverman sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Patrik Holmberg skillfully saved the ball. When Charlie Ferm came up free with the goalie in the 22nd minute, the Veberöd IFK fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Charlie Ferm couldn't finish the play. Henrik Ek made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Anthon Söderqwist in the 27th minute of play. Patrik Holmberg took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Nicklas Lidberg, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 32nd minute, Charlie Ferm reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Patrik Holmberg. The goal made the score 1-0. After 41 played minutes Landön BK got a freekick which was hit by Martin Hedbom. Veberöd IFK's Claes Öfverman couldn't find anyone to pass the ball to, so he shot a long shot towards the goal in the 41st minute. The shot went wide which resulted in a goal kick for Landön BK. Nicklas Lidberg sent away a hard shot on goal in the 43rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 1-0 at half-time.

After some careless play in the Landön BK defense, Charlie Ferm kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Patrik Holmberg. The Landön BK fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Patrik Holmberg should have stopped the shot. Patrik Holmberg took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Nicklas Lidberg, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Charlie Ferm received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 60th minute. Patrik Holmberg tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Patrik Holmberg showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Nicklas Lidberg, who was totally free with the ball in the 67th minute. 69 minutes into the match, Landön BK's goal looked a bit too open when Nicklas Lidberg came free, but Patrik Holmberg reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After a rather tough play, Landön BK's Arne Wassenius got a free kick in the 70th minute. After recieving a nice pass, Veberöd IFK's Claes Öfverman tried to score from far away in the 71st minute, but the ball went over the crossbar. Patrik Holmberg didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Nicklas Lidberg went, in the 75th minute, to the upper right corner, 3-0 was the resulting score. Patrik Holmberg took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Nicklas Lidberg, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Charlie Ferm struck a weak shot in the 86th minute. Patrik Holmberg didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Veberöd IFK. After a rather tough play, Landön BK's Wictor Gunnarsson got a free kick in the 87th minute. Landön BK's Patrik Holmberg played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Charlie Ferm in the 94th minute of play. In the 95th minute the ball was on its way in behind Landön BK's goalkeeper Patrik Holmberg, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar.
