The tension between the Lillhärdal and the Johannishus RK players grew even worse after the yellow card. An unexpectedly hard shot by Nils-Erik Nyström in the 13th minute of play forced Johannishus RK's goalkeeper Matthias Asmundsson to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Christoffer Hedin struck a weak shot in the 19th minute. Gert Bergqvist didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Johannishus RK. Peter Soned kicked well hit freekick during the 21st minute of the match. In the 23rd minute Christoffer Hedin shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Gert Bergqvist saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Nils-Erik Nyström fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 83rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Matthias Asmundsson having to interfere. Johannishus RK's Matthias Asmundsson played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Roger Sundén in the 93rd minute of play. Matthias Asmundsson was out of position in the 95 minute of play, and Sven-Erik Ahlberg capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Sven-Erik Ahlberg really showed his touch with that goal: 1-2. When the final whistle sounded Lillhärdal left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than Johannishus RK.
