When Birger Lindman came up free with the goalie in the 4th minute, the Kivik fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Birger Lindman couldn't finish the play. André Tingberg showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Jon Abrahamsson, who was totally free with the ball in the 5th minute. After 6 played minutes Kivik got a freekick which was hit by Manfred Bergkvist. After a rather tough play, Abo´s Akademi FC's Börge Låsberg got a free kick in the 12th minute. Bo Majman was probably a little too eager to shoot when he, in the 13th played minute, shot the ball from way out. The shot was hard, but the ball flew wide of the goal. After 14 minutes of play, Kivik's Jon Abrahamsson made it 0-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. André Tingberg was left in no man's land by his defense there! André Tingberg stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Jon Abrahamsson's shot from short distance in the 27th minute. After 34 minutes of play, Kivik's Linus Sjöman made it 0-2 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. André Tingberg was left in no man's land by his defense there! Jon Abrahamsson sent away a hard shot on goal in the 38th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After a defensive mix-up in Abo´s Akademi FC's zone, Birger Lindman stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. André Tingberg came out of the goal and Birger Lindman tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 42nd minute the ball was on its way in behind Abo´s Akademi FC's goalkeeper André Tingberg, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Jon Abrahamsson struck a weak shot in the 44th minute. André Tingberg didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Kivik. After having played for 48 minutes, Birger Lindman managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Kivik's supporters crossed their fingers, but Birger Lindman was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal.

55 minutes into the match, Jon Abrahamsson notched a goal, 0-3, to the right of Abo´s Akademi FC's André Tingberg. André Tingberg was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. In the 67th minute, Birger Lindman reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of André Tingberg. The goal made the score 0-4. With a little luck, Abo´s Akademi FC's André Tingberg got control of the ball when Jon Abrahamsson tried to sneak it across the goal line. Birger Lindman received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 80th minute. André Tingberg tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 82 minutes into the game, Birger Lindman recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of André Tingberg. Birger Lindman showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 0-5. Birger Lindman fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 86th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without André Tingberg having to interfere. After 89 minutes of play, Kivik's Jon Abrahamsson made it 0-6 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. André Tingberg was left in no man's land by his defense there! When Jon Abrahamsson came up free with the goalie in the 95th minute, the Kivik fans jumped to their feet. When the match was over Kivik could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than Abo´s Akademi FC throughout the match.
