Mattias Anselius took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Göran Ekelund, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Alfred Johansson fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 27th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Mattias Anselius having to interfere. Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Jörgen Boberg to make the kick off. Mattias Anselius didn't succeed in stopping the ball in the 54th minute, which inside left pole to 0-2.
