Henry Hylander started the match with the kick off. After 8 minutes, Sune Blomqvist made it 1-0 with a short kick to the right side. PURE FF's Isaac Johnsson tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. The supporters of PURE FF booed when Östersunds Marsvin was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 12 match minutes in a wonderful position. Christian Göransson didn't get a good kick on the ball. When Henry Hylander came up free with the goalie in the 13th minute, the PURE FF fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Henry Hylander couldn't finish the play. The audience was convinced that Henry Hylander's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but August Asklund was relentless in the 16th minute of the game. When PURE FF's Henry Hylander in the 16th minute got a chance for a shot 16th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. Henry Hylander kicked well hit freekick during the 31st minute of the match. 36 minutes into the game, PURE FF's Rickard Hedling nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. August Asklund made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-3. Rickard Hedling received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 39th minute. August Asklund tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. A collision led to Östersunds Marsvin getting a freekick after 44 minutes play. Christian Göransson hit a great ball. In the 45th minute, Rickard Hedling left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The PURE FF fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-4. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 1-4 lead.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Malcolm Vacker made a kick off. The audience thought a goal was coming when Rickard Hedling got free with August Asklund in the 55th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. In the 58th minute of the match Eskil Nordstedt sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Isaac Johnsson skillfully saved the ball. Henry Hylander could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 59th minute of the match, but August Asklund made a huge save. In the 60th play minute Joakim Engström came free and shot an unsuspected shot which went into goal from the right pole behind a surprised August Asklund. 1-5. Östersunds Marsvin's August Asklund proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 64th minute of the match, managed to save Östersunds Marsvin from getting a goal against them. After 65 played minutes Östersunds Marsvin got a freekick which was hit by Christian Göransson. With a little luck, Östersunds Marsvin's August Asklund got control of the ball when Henry Hylander tried to sneak it across the goal line. During the 68th minute of the match Christian Göransson completely mistimed his tackle and brought down his opponent. The referee gave Christian Göransson a yellow card, his second in the match, which meant he could no longer take part in the game. After a rather tough play, Östersunds Marsvin's Christian Göransson got a free kick in the 68th minute. Henry Hylander sent away a hard shot on goal in the 69th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Henry Hylander took the ball and in the 71 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised August Asklund. August Asklund dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-6. August Asklund showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Orvar Molin in the 74th minute of the match. Malcolm Vacker's late challenge caught a PURE FF's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Malcolm Vacker helped the player get up and apologised. PURE FF's Jimmy Jakobsson couldn't find anyone to pass the ball to, so he shot a long shot towards the goal in the 77th minute. The shot went wide which resulted in a goal kick for Östersunds Marsvin. Rickard Hedling sent away a hard shot on goal in the 81st minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Henry Hylander in the 83rd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg August Asklund saved Östersunds Marsvin from getting behind. Henry Hylander in the 85thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of August Asklund, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. If Joakim Engström had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 86th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. An unexpectedly hard shot by Rickard Hedling in the 91st minute of play forced Östersunds Marsvin's goalkeeper August Asklund to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Henry Hylander in the 93rdth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of August Asklund, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. PURE FF's players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
