The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-3 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Osvald Alebäck stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. In the 54th minute Christian Göransson shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Gunnar Nordstedt saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Andreas Helander's late challenge caught a Östersunds Marsvin's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Arman Friberger received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 82nd minute. August Asklund tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Axel Tunström's late challenge caught a Sveg's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. After 91 played minutes Östersunds Marsvin got a freekick which was hit by Konrad Lingren. Sune Blomqvist recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 97th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal.
