Kåre Ahlqvist made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Johan Eliasson in the 11th minute of play. A collision led to Skagersvik getting a freekick after 11 minutes play. Per Västerberg hit a great ball. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Ulrik Lindqvist during the 13th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 19th minute, Per Västerberg hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Ture Nord took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 20th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Kåre Ahlqvist. Skagersvik's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. Kåre Ahlqvist showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Joachim Larsson in the 21st minute of the match. After some fancy dribbling in the 24th minute, Johan Eliasson managed to get in a good position for a shot. BJK's supporters rose to their feet, but Johan Eliasson was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Kåre Ahlqvist breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Tobias Bjursell showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Christian Hägert in the 29th minute of the match. Lars Billström received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 30th minute. Tobias Bjursell tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. BJK's Henrik Haegg got a good chance for a goal in the 38th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. An unexpectedly hard shot by Joachim Larsson in the 40th minute of play forced Skagersvik's goalkeeper Kåre Ahlqvist to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Karl Löfgren's late challenge caught a BJK's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Karl Löfgren helped the player get up and apologised. Karl Löfgren kicked well hit freekick during the 41st minute of the match. Joachim Larsson sent away a hard shot on goal in the 42nd minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Lars Billström fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 45th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Tobias Bjursell having to interfere. 46 minutes into the match, BJK's goal looked a bit too open when Christian Hägert came free, but Tobias Bjursell reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line.

In the 58th minute, Christian Hägert left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Skagersvik fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-0. Lars Billström fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 61st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Tobias Bjursell having to interfere. Kåre Ahlqvist made a fantastic save in the 63rd minute, when Johan Eliasson sent off a good shot on target. Lars Billström sent away a hard shot on goal in the 65th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Skagersvik's supporters were delighted with their team's performance and swarmed onto the pitch at the end of the match to celebrate the victory with the players.
