Börje Hedvall sent away a hard shot on goal in the 3rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 6 minutes into the match, Kyliga Osby's goal looked a bit too open when Börje Hedvall came free, but Torsten Jonsson reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 7 minutes into the game, Malcolm Helström was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Kyliga Osby's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Pride FC the free kick. In the 7th minute, Malcolm Helström hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 8 minutes into the match, Kyliga Osby's goalkeeper Torsten Jonsson had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Ralf Nilsson. Pride FC's Henric Bark played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ralf Ström in the 10th minute of play. If Herbert Mikaelsson had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 13th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Ralf Ström blasted a shot towards the goal in the 15th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Henric Bark having to make a save. In the 18th minute the ball was on its way in behind Kyliga Osby's goalkeeper Torsten Jonsson, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Pride FC's Henric Bark played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ralf Ström in the 23rd minute of play. After some fancy dribbling in the 28th minute, Börje Hedvall managed to get in a good position for a shot. Pride FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Börje Hedvall was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Torsten Jonsson breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. 30 minutes into the match, Kyliga Osby's goalkeeper Torsten Jonsson had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Ralf Nilsson. In the 32nd match minute, Kyliga Osby was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Melker Gadd to maneuver through the defense. Manfred Månsson, 33 minutes into the match, dribbled the ball up the side of the field and decided to take a long shot at the goal. Unfortunately, the ball was poorly hit and landed closer to the corner than to the goal. After fighting hard for a draw in the first half, the players were able to take a much needed rest.

When Börje Hedvall came up free with the goalie in the 57th minute, the Pride FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Börje Hedvall couldn't finish the play. Pride FC's Henric Bark played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ralf Ström in the 60th minute of play. Henric Bark showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ralf Ström, who was totally free with the ball in the 62nd minute. When Henry Höijer fell near the penalty area in the 66th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Pride FC's protests and gave Henry Höijer a yellow card for diving instead. A collision led to Pride FC getting a freekick after 66 minutes play. Henry Höijer hit a great ball. Henric Bark came out of the goal in the 72nd minute to try and stop a shot by Kyliga Osby's Ralf Ström. But to his dismay, Ralf Ström quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. Melker Gadd's late challenge caught a Pride FC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Melker Gadd helped the player get up and apologised. After a rather tough play, Kyliga Osby's Melker Gadd got a free kick in the 75th minute. Börje Hedvall received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 79th minute. Torsten Jonsson tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. When the match had gone on for 80 minutes, Ralf Ström took a quick shot and it went in 0-2 without a chance for Henric Bark to make any attempt to save it. Börje Hedvall fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 85th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Torsten Jonsson having to interfere. Torsten Jonsson showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ralf Nilsson in the 87th minute of the match. 88 minutes into the game, Pride FC's Börje Hedvall nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Torsten Jonsson made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-2. Torsten Jonsson stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Börje Hedvall's shot from short distance in the 94th minute. Torsten Jonsson took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Börje Hedvall, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Ralf Ström sent away a hard shot on goal in the 97th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance.
