Spectators: 6702 (Terracing: 5000, Seating: 1702, VIP seats: 0) Lysvik IF's Lars Hedling started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Rune Nordlund sent away a hard shot on goal in the 4th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 8thth minute of the game Rune Nordlund who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Lysvik IF's Hannes Anselius was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Hannes Anselius showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Rune Nordlund in the 9th minute of the match. Hannes Anselius came out of the goal in the 14th minute to try and stop a shot by Vallsta's Rune Nordlund. But to his dismay, Rune Nordlund quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. If Rune Nordlund had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 21st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Daniel Berggren didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Tord Carlsson went, in the 39th minute, to the upper right corner, 2-1 was the resulting score. After 42 played minutes Lysvik IF got a freekick which was hit by Zebastian Haeger. When the match clock showed 43 minutes, the score became 2-2 when Per Söderberg sped through Lysvik IF's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Hannes Anselius. In the 47th minute, Rune Nordlund left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Vallsta fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 2-3. After the first half Vallsta were leading 2-3. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Per Söderberg was the one to do the kick off. When Lars Hedling came up free with the goalie in the 62nd minute, the Lysvik IF fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Lars Hedling couldn't finish the play. In the 67th minute Lars Hedling shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Daniel Berggren saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After 67 minutes of play, Lysvik IF's Lars Hedling made it 3-3 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Daniel Berggren was left in no man's land by his defense there! After some fancy dribbling in the 74th minute, Per Söderberg managed to get in a good position for a shot. Vallsta's supporters rose to their feet, but Per Söderberg was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Hannes Anselius breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Daniel Berggren showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Tord Carlsson in the 78th minute of the match. A collision led to Vallsta getting a freekick after 79 minutes play. Rune Nordlund hit a great ball. After a rather tough play, Vallsta's Andreas Hedman got a free kick in the 83rd minute. If Lars Hedling had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 88th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Tord Carlsson fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 92nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Daniel Berggren having to interfere. In the 94th minute, Vallsta's Per Söderberg ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Hannes Anselius. Hannes Anselius yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 3-4.
