Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Sakarias Boklund took the kick off in the first half of the match. Kenny Rolandsson received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 3rd minute. Rutger Larsfält tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. An unexpectedly hard shot by Alexander Kråk in the 4th minute of play forced Adak's goalkeeper Rutger Larsfält to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Alexander Kråk fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 6th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Rutger Larsfält having to interfere. Sakarias Boklund's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Urban Berggren read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 10th minute of play. Bertil Hagström hit a great freekick 11 minutes into the match. With a little luck, Adak's Rutger Larsfält got control of the ball when Kenny Rolandsson tried to sneak it across the goal line. 15 minutes into the match, Adelsö FK's Alexander Kråk sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Rutger Larsfält narrowly saved just below the crossbar. After a rather tough play, Adelsö FK's Sixten Ekelund got a free kick in the 18th minute. When Alexander Kråk came up free with the goalie in the 23rd minute, the Adelsö FK fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Alexander Kråk couldn't finish the play. After some careless play in the Adak defense, Kenny Rolandsson kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Rutger Larsfält. The Adak fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Rutger Larsfält should have stopped the shot. 33 minutes into the game, Alexander Kråk recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Rutger Larsfält. Alexander Kråk showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 2-0. Rutger Larsfält made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Alexander Kråk in the 37th minute of play. Adak's Rutger Larsfält proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 40th minute of the match, managed to save Adak from getting a goal against them. 43 minutes into the match, Adelsö FK's Ragnar Björk sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Rutger Larsfält narrowly saved just below the crossbar. In the 45th minute, Kenny Rolandsson ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Rutger Larsfält was frozen by the shot and now it was 3-0.

The wind increased when Alexander Kråk made the kick off in the second half. Rutger Larsfält showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Alexander Kråk, who was totally free with the ball in the 52nd minute. Kenny Rolandsson fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 53rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Rutger Larsfält having to interfere. An unexpectedly hard shot by Alexander Kråk in the 55th minute of play forced Adak's goalkeeper Rutger Larsfält to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Alexander Kråk might have been able to make a better finish in the 56th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Rutger Larsfält. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Alexander Kråk ran back to his position shaking his head. After a defensive mix-up in Adak's zone, Kenny Rolandsson stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Rutger Larsfält came out of the goal and Kenny Rolandsson tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Sixten Ekelund fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 64th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Rutger Larsfält having to interfere. When Adelsö FK's Alexander Kråk in the 66th minute got a chance for a shot 66th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Adak's goalie prevented a goal. In the 73rd minute, Alexander Kråk ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Rutger Larsfält was frozen by the shot and now it was 4-0. Alexander Kråk received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 78th minute. Rutger Larsfält tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Alexander Kråk recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 81st minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After some careless play in the Adak defense, Kenny Rolandsson kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Rutger Larsfält. The Adak fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Rutger Larsfält should have stopped the shot. Adak's Rutger Larsfält played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Alexander Kråk in the 91st minute of play. Rutger Larsfält showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Alexander Kråk in the 95th minute of the match. It was no surprise that this one had ended in a win for the home team. Adelsö FK had played much better football throughout.
