Wiktor Åkerström made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Alfred Ånger in the 74th minute of play. Folke Harman made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Henry Glad in the 76th minute of play. Kälarne's Folke Harman played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Tord Hellbom in the 77th minute of play. 78 minutes into the match, Kälarne's goal looked a bit too open when Tord Hellbom came free, but Folke Harman reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Tord Hellbom ran back to his position shaking his head. In the 96th minute Tord Hellbom shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Folke Harman saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Folke Harman didn't succeed in stopping the ball in the 98th minute, which inside left pole to 3-1. Many of Karlssons fotboll's supporters were seen to leave the ground early as it became clear their team was going to lose. Karlssons fotboll may have spent more time on the ball, but Kälarne were more willing to take their chances and they walked away with the win.
