Spectators: 7287 (Terracing: 5539, Seating: 1698, VIP seats: 50) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Thomas Salkvist kicked off to start the match. In the 4th minute the ball was on its way in behind Bor FF's goalkeeper Helge Ivarsson, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Thomas Salkvist received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 6th minute. Helge Ivarsson tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After 13 minutes, Petter Johansson mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the HAN E LUGN and the Bor FF players grew even worse after the yellow card. Petter Johansson hit a great freekick 13 minutes into the match. Maximilian Sundén took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Gert Söderström, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Gunnar Stenman's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Helge Ivarsson read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 17th minute of play. If Sigvard Hjortsberg had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 24th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After 27 minutes of play, HAN E LUGN's Gunnar Stenman made it 1-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Helge Ivarsson was left in no man's land by his defense there! In the 33rd minute Gert Söderström shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Maximilian Sundén saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. A collision led to HAN E LUGN getting a freekick after 34 minutes play. Börge Lind hit a great ball. Maximilian Sundén showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Gert Söderström, who was totally free with the ball in the 41st minute. Gert Söderström fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 43rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Maximilian Sundén having to interfere. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 1-0.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Gert Söderström to make the kick off. If Gert Söderström had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 55th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 68 minutes into the match, Bor FF's goal looked a bit too open when Gunnar Stenman came free, but Helge Ivarsson reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Helge Ivarsson came out of the goal in the 70th minute to try and stop a shot by HAN E LUGN's Gunnar Stenman. But to his dismay, Gunnar Stenman quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-0. With his leg Maximilian Sundén managed to avoid a goal in the 76thth minute, when Bor FF's Sigvard Hjortsberg fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. 83 minutes into the match, Bor FF's Gert Söderström sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Maximilian Sundén narrowly saved just below the crossbar. If Thomas Salkvist had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 84th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Thomas Salkvist received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 91st minute. Helge Ivarsson tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Thomas Salkvist fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 95th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Helge Ivarsson having to interfere. Joel Kihlberg charged in rather forcefully in the 96th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Joel Kihlberg the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 96th minute, Joel Kihlberg hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 97 minutes into the match, HAN E LUGN's Ronny Andersson broke free and took a long shot that unfortunately flew wide. A fine initiative that could have resulted in a goal. Bor FF's players left the field with heads hung low after losing a match that had been finely balanced throughout.
