Spectators: 7292 (Terracing: 5503, Seating: 1687, VIP seats: 102) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Aron Hansson got the match started through his kick off. In the 7th minute the ball was on its way in behind Peab Korpen's goalkeeper Charlie Berglund, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Jarl Martinsson showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Andy Schmid, who was totally free with the ball in the 9th minute. Christoffer Blom received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 14th minute. Charlie Berglund tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 15th match minute, Peab Korpen was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Håkan Loob to maneuver through the defense. Through an outstanding action, after 16 minutes, Charlie Berglund successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. FC Väret's Jarl Martinsson played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Göran Njurenius in the 21st minute of play. In the 22nd minute of the match Peab Korpen got a corner. FC Väret's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Jan-Olof Wester ran over to the corner to take the kick. Jan-Olof Wester made a great header on Peab Korpen's corner, it was just that FC Väret's Jarl Martinsson managed to reach the ball for a save. 25 minutes into the game, Jan-Olof Wester cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-1. Jarl Martinsson was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. After some fancy dribbling in the 28th minute, Jan-Olof Wester managed to get in a good position for a shot. Peab Korpen's supporters rose to their feet, but Jan-Olof Wester was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Jarl Martinsson breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. 29 minutes into the match, Peab Korpen's Andy Schmid sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Jarl Martinsson narrowly saved just below the crossbar. In the 30th match minute, FC Väret was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Rune Martinsson to maneuver through the defense. Jan-Olof Wester struck a weak shot in the 31st minute. Jarl Martinsson didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Peab Korpen. FC Väret's Jarl Martinsson played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Jan-Olof Wester in the 34th minute of play. When the match had gone on for 35 minutes, Andy Schmid put it in 0-2 from a short distance just to the right of Jarl Martinsson. In the 40th minute, Jan-Olof Wester got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Jan-Olof Wester received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 42nd minute. Jarl Martinsson tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 43rd minute, Andy Schmid made a precise shot to the right of Jarl Martinsson. FC Väret's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-3. In the 47th minute, Andy Schmid ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Jarl Martinsson was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-4. The FC Väret players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Peab Korpen were winning 0-4.

The wind increased when Andy Schmid made the kick off in the second half. In the 55th minute, Göran Njurenius hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Aron Hansson received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 58th minute. Charlie Berglund tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Jan-Olof Wester recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 60th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. When Jan-Olof Wester came up free with the goalie in the 62nd minute, the Peab Korpen fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Jan-Olof Wester couldn't finish the play. If Andy Schmid had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 63rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. If Jan-Olof Wester had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 64th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 66 minutes into the match, Peab Korpen's Håkan Loob sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Jarl Martinsson narrowly saved just below the crossbar. After a defensive mix-up in FC Väret's zone, Håkan Loob stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Jarl Martinsson came out of the goal and Håkan Loob tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. FC Väret's defense didn't have a chance, in the 71st minute, when Jan-Olof Wester scored to the left of an out of position Jarl Martinsson, making the score, 0-5. An unexpectedly hard shot by Göran Njurenius in the 80th minute of play forced FC Väret's goalkeeper Jarl Martinsson to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. FC Väret's Jarl Martinsson played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Jan-Olof Wester in the 81st minute of play. Jan-Olof Wester received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 88th minute. Jarl Martinsson tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The audience was convinced that Håkan Loob's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Jarl Martinsson was relentless in the 91st minute of the game. After some fancy dribbling in the 92nd minute, Aron Hansson managed to get in a good position for a shot. FC Väret's supporters rose to their feet, but Aron Hansson was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Charlie Berglund breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Peab Korpen played a much better game than FC Väret and deserved their victory. The FC Väret players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
