Spectators: 7303 (Terracing: 5478, Seating: 1680, VIP seats: 145) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Arne Valler started the match with the kick off. In the 6th match minute, Frändefors Boif was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Tomas Söderqvist to maneuver through the defense. With a little luck, Mölltorp BK's Gustaf Liljeström got control of the ball when Patrick Öberg tried to sneak it across the goal line. Gustaf Liljeström made an important save on a dangerous shot by Patrick Öberg in the 13th minute. Nils Mårtensson struck a weak shot in the 17th minute. Einar Holmberg didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Mölltorp BK. 21 minutes into the match, Mölltorp BK's goal looked a bit too open when Arne Valler came free, but Gustaf Liljeström reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After some careless play in the Frändefors Boif defense, Nils Mårtensson kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Einar Holmberg. The Frändefors Boif fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Einar Holmberg should have stopped the shot. Per-Olof Söderkvist kicked well hit freekick during the 33rd minute of the match. After a defensive mix-up in Mölltorp BK's zone, Patrick Öberg stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Gustaf Liljeström came out of the goal and Patrick Öberg tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. After the first half Mölltorp BK were leading 0-1. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Nils Mårtensson made a kick off. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Fredric Nord during the 51st minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. A collision led to Mölltorp BK getting a freekick after 51 minutes play. Fredric Nord hit a great ball. The crowd rose to their feet as Nils Mårtensson kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Einar Holmberg. That made the score 0-2 in the 53 minute of play. After some careless play in the Mölltorp BK defense, Patrick Öberg kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Gustaf Liljeström. The Mölltorp BK fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Gustaf Liljeström should have stopped the shot. Einar Holmberg made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Nils Mårtensson in the 61st minute of play. After a rather tough play, Mölltorp BK's Bernt Colin got a free kick in the 64th minute. After having played for 66 minutes, Nils Mårtensson managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Mölltorp BK's supporters crossed their fingers, but Nils Mårtensson was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Arne Valler struck a weak shot in the 69th minute. Gustaf Liljeström didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Frändefors Boif. During the 72nd minute of the match Fredric Nord completely mistimed his tackle and brought down his opponent. The referee gave Fredric Nord a yellow card, his second in the match, which meant he could no longer take part in the game. After a rather tough play, Mölltorp BK's Fredric Nord got a free kick in the 72nd minute. In the 73rd minute, Patrick Öberg ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Gustaf Liljeström was frozen by the shot and now it was 2-2. Arne Valler took the ball and in the 77 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Gustaf Liljeström. Gustaf Liljeström dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 3-2. In the 80th minute, Birger Ekgren hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 84 minutes into the game, Tomas Söderqvist was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Frändefors Boif's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Mölltorp BK the free kick. After 84 played minutes Frändefors Boif got a freekick which was hit by Tomas Söderqvist. After 88 minutes of play, Frändefors Boif's Patrick Öberg made it 4-2 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Gustaf Liljeström was left in no man's land by his defense there! If Arne Valler had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 96th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The crowd rose to their feet and cheered when the referee blew the final whistle. Frändefors Boif had won after a very even match.
