After a defensive mix-up in Epinephrine's zone, Edmund Nyqvist stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Einar Ståhlman came out of the goal and Edmund Nyqvist tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 1-0 at half-time.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Svante Kjellbom stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. David Wennerlund charged in rather forcefully in the 53rd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed David Wennerlund the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After 53 played minutes Epinephrine got a freekick which was hit by David Wennerlund. In the 54thth minute of the game Svante Kjellbom who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Epinephrine's Einar Ståhlman was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Einar Ståhlman showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Måns Pettersson in the 85th minute of the match. When Gustav Harlén fell near the penalty area in the 88th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Assyriska FF's protests and gave Gustav Harlén a yellow card for diving instead. In the 88th minute, Gustav Harlén hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 97th minute Måns Pettersson shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Einar Ståhlman saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line.
