But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Kim Grubb couldn't finish the play. Sven Helström charged in rather forcefully in the 5th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Sven Helström the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 6th minute, Sven Helström hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Kim Grubb sent away a hard shot on goal in the 10th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Sakarias Alebeck took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Kim Grubb, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Olov Nordstedt received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 21st minute. Sakarias Alebeck tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Callao BK's defense didn't have a chance, in the 23rd minute, when Kim Grubb scored to the left of an out of position Sakarias Alebeck, making the score, 2-0. 28 minutes into the game, Daniel Johnsson was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Seglora's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Callao BK the free kick. After 28 played minutes Seglora got a freekick which was hit by Daniel Johnsson. Sakarias Alebeck made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Kim Grubb in the 30th minute of play. Callao BK's Sakarias Alebeck played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Kim Grubb in the 37th minute of play. Sakarias Alebeck was out of position in the 39 minute of play, and Östen Sikström capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Östen Sikström really showed his touch with that goal: 3-0. After some fancy dribbling in the 45th minute, Oliver Billström managed to get in a good position for a shot. Callao BK's supporters rose to their feet, but Oliver Billström was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Thomas Snäll breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick.

Sakarias Alebeck had in the 54thth minute some difficulties stopping Leif Eckegren's well aimed penalty as it nearly passed him on his left side, but he still managed to hold the ball. After a rather tough play, Callao BK's Fritz Möller got a free kick in the 55th minute. After having played for 56 minutes, Olov Nordstedt managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Seglora's supporters crossed their fingers, but Olov Nordstedt was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Kim Grubb scored 4-1 in the 73rd match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Sakarias Alebeck, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. If Oliver Billström had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 80th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Thomas Snäll showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Viktor Walmarsson, who was totally free with the ball in the 82nd minute. After a defensive mix-up in Callao BK's zone, Kim Grubb stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Sakarias Alebeck came out of the goal and Kim Grubb tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Callao BK's Sakarias Alebeck played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Olov Nordstedt in the 90th minute of play. Olov Nordstedt's late challenge caught a Callao BK's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Olov Nordstedt helped the player get up and apologised. A collision led to Seglora getting a freekick after 95 minutes play. Stig-Ove Bivall hit a great ball. After some careless play in the Callao BK defense, Kim Grubb kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Sakarias Alebeck. The Callao BK fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Sakarias Alebeck should have stopped the shot. There were very few away supporters still in the ground by the end of the match. Most of them had left early, disgusted by the way their team had been torn apart. Seglora fully deserved thier win.
