Spectators: 7000 (Terracing: 5250, Seating: 1610, VIP seats: 140) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Fredrik Kihlman kicked off to start the match. Torgny Hylander showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Fredrik Kihlman in the 3rd minute of the match. Lucas Bergfelt kicked well hit freekick during the 5th minute of the match. When Christian Molin fell near the penalty area in the 12th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Virserum's protests and gave Christian Molin a yellow card for diving instead. After 12 played minutes Virserum got a freekick which was hit by Christian Molin. When Fredrik Kihlman came up free with the goalie in the 14th minute, the Virserum fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Fredrik Kihlman couldn't finish the play. Fredrik Kihlman received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 25th minute. Torgny Hylander tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After having played for 30 minutes, Jonatan Lundin managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Cereal Killers's supporters crossed their fingers, but Jonatan Lundin was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Marcus Påk received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 39th minute. Torgny Hylander tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Torgny Hylander took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Fredrik Kihlman, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Andreas Pettersson sent away a hard shot on goal in the 47th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. After the first half Virserum were leading 0-2. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Andreas Pettersson to make the kick off. If Andreas Pettersson had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 52nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After a defensive mix-up in Virserum's zone, Jim Wennersten stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Aron Frisck came out of the goal and Jim Wennersten tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. If Marcus Påk had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 64th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Andreas Pettersson sent away a hard shot on goal in the 74th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 76 minutes into the match, Virserum's goal looked a bit too open when Andreas Pettersson came free, but Aron Frisck reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The away crowd were delighted with the way their team had played and cheered loudly when the final whistle sounded. Virserum walked away with the win, even though the match was close until the end.
