Spectators: 6837 (Terracing: 5110, Seating: 1697, VIP seats: 30) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Sigvard Danielsson got the match started through his kick off. Veddige FF's Sigvard Danielsson got a good chance for a goal in the 5th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Torbjörn Utfal sent away a hard shot on goal in the 8th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. If Torbjörn Utfal had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 10th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 12th minute, FC Byggmäklarna's Robin Forsell ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Benjamin Hagberg. Benjamin Hagberg yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 1-0. Benjamin Hagberg made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Robin Forsell in the 17th minute of play. Konrad Ahlquist took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Sigvard Danielsson, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 29 minutes into the match, FC Byggmäklarna's goal looked a bit too open when Sigvard Danielsson came free, but Konrad Ahlquist reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 31 minutes into the match, Veddige FF's goalkeeper Benjamin Hagberg had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Joakim Björkman. Sigvard Danielsson fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 38th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Konrad Ahlquist having to interfere. A collision led to Veddige FF getting a freekick after 44 minutes play. Karl-Michael Telin hit a great ball. Marcus Sandberg took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 45th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Benjamin Hagberg. Veddige FF's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. 48 minutes into the game, Joakim Björkman recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Benjamin Hagberg. Joakim Björkman showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 2-0. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 2-0 at half-time.

In the 56th minute Robin Forsell shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Benjamin Hagberg saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Veddige FF's Benjamin Hagberg played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Robin Forsell in the 59th minute of play. Robin Forsell fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 67th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Benjamin Hagberg having to interfere. In the 68th minute, Vidar Beck hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. An unexpected shot in the 80th minute by Sigvard Danielsson got the crowd on their feet, but to their dismay it went out on the left side. 81 minutes into the game, one of FC Byggmäklarna:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. When the match had been going on for 84 minutes, Veddige FF's Ingvar Hellkvist got an opportunity to shoot a penalty. He stayed cool and waited for the goalkeeper to move, before he confidently shot the ball into the goal, to the left of Konrad Ahlquist. Sigvard Danielsson's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Konrad Ahlquist read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 90th minute of play. After some fancy dribbling in the 93rd minute, Sigvard Danielsson managed to get in a good position for a shot. Veddige FF's supporters rose to their feet, but Sigvard Danielsson was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Konrad Ahlquist breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Torbjörn Utfal struck a weak shot in the 94th minute. Konrad Ahlquist didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Veddige FF. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Per-Oskar Kilberg during the 96th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. If Paul Godholm had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 99th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The FC Byggmäklarna players were eager to celebrate when the final whistle sounded. They had somehow managed to win, even though the away team had held the majority of the possession.
