Spectators: 6681 (Terracing: 5000, Seating: 1681, VIP seats: 0) Kivik IK's Henry Harlén started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Andréas Stenberg recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 3rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Jens Åhman showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Henry Harlén in the 5th minute of the match. Fabian Kruse's late challenge caught a Grums BF's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Fabian Kruse helped the player get up and apologised. The supporters of Grums BF booed when Kivik IK was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 14 match minutes in a wonderful position. Fabian Kruse didn't get a good kick on the ball. Allan Ahlroht took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from John Abrahamsson, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Grums BF were awarded a corner in the 18th minute after Kivik IK's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Kjell Linqvist took the corner. After taking down the ball on Grums BF's corner Kjell Linqvist fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Allan Ahlroht quite easily take care of the ball. In the 21st minute, John Abrahamsson ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Allan Ahlroht was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-1. Grums BF's Jens Åhman played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Henry Harlén in the 24th minute of play. Andréas Stenberg received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 26th minute. Jens Åhman tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Kivik IK's Allan Ahlroht played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Sven-Oskar Nässén in the 29th minute of play. John Abrahamsson fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 32nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Allan Ahlroht having to interfere. After having played for 34 minutes, Sven-Oskar Nässén managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Grums BF's supporters crossed their fingers, but Sven-Oskar Nässén was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Jens Åhman was in exellent shape and made a fantastic save when he, in the 39th minute of the match, managed to get hold of the ball after a long shot from Evert Wennerström. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Sven-Oskar Nässén during the 41st minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After a rather tough play, Grums BF's Sven-Oskar Nässén got a free kick in the 41st minute. Disappointed in the 0-1 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. John Abrahamsson was the one to do the kick off. After 53 minutes of play Kivik IK's Fabian Kruse was too eager in his attempt to stop his opponent and brought him down. With that he got his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. Sven-Oskar Nässén fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 57th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Allan Ahlroht having to interfere. Kivik IK's Allan Ahlroht played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by John Abrahamsson in the 59th minute of play. Sven-Oskar Nässén sent away a hard shot on goal in the 60th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 66 minutes into the game, Henry Harlén was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Kivik IK's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Grums BF the free kick. Andréas Stenberg received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 76th minute. Jens Åhman tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After a defensive mix-up in Grums BF's zone, Oskar Göransson stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Jens Åhman came out of the goal and Oskar Göransson tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Oskar Göransson in the 82nd minute of play forced Grums BF's goalkeeper Jens Åhman to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. If Andréas Stenberg had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 85th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Jens Åhman showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Andréas Stenberg in the 87th minute of the match. Allan Ahlroht made a fantastic save in the 95th minute, when Sven-Oskar Nässén sent off a good shot on target. 96 minutes into the match, Kivik IK's goalkeeper Allan Ahlroht had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Sven-Oskar Nässén. The Grums BF players were relieved to hear the final whistle blow to end the match. The away crowd was happy to see their team win after a very tight game.
