Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Esbjörn Lundgren took the kick off in the first half of the match. Rutger Wik showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Hannes Hagström, who was totally free with the ball in the 4th minute. The audience thought a goal was coming when Michael Qvalfeldt got free with David Holmberg in the 14th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. After 16 minutes of play, Hyssna IK's Michael Qvalfeldt made it 1-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. David Holmberg was left in no man's land by his defense there! Rutger Wik took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Esbjörn Lundgren, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 22 minutes into the match, Hyssna IK's goal looked a bit too open when Esbjörn Lundgren came free, but Rutger Wik reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After 29 minutes, Peter Hedström mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Hyssna IK and the Mariannelund players grew even worse after the yellow card. Rutger Wik made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Rikard Malmgren in the 31st minute of play. Måns Stephansson sent away a hard shot on goal in the 35th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 36 minutes into the game, Valentin Hedvall cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 2-0. David Holmberg was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. In the 40th minute, Michael Qvalfeldt left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Hyssna IK fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 3-0. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 3-0.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Måns Stephansson to strike the kick off in the second half. Michael Qvalfeldt sent away a hard shot on goal in the 52nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Per Bark kicked well hit freekick during the 53rd minute of the match. When Michael Qvalfeldt, who was free, got the in front of the goal in the 54 minute he wasn't focused and tipped the ball just over the goal. The David Holmberg was delighted since the ball would have got in if it had gone under the crossbar. David Holmberg showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Måns Stephansson in the 56th minute of the match. Michael Qvalfeldt kicked well hit freekick during the 60th minute of the match. In the 61st minute of the match Rikard Malmgren shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Rutger Wik showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. A collision led to Hyssna IK getting a freekick after 69 minutes play. Michael Qvalfeldt hit a great ball. In the 70th minute, Hannes Hagström left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Mariannelund fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 4-1. After a rather tough play, Mariannelund's Jörgen Lindmark got a free kick in the 73rd minute. Gert Ljungberg hit a great freekick 75 minutes into the match. Peter Hedström blasted a shot towards the goal in the 78th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without David Holmberg having to make a save. With a little luck, Hyssna IK's Rutger Wik got control of the ball when Hannes Hagström tried to sneak it across the goal line. The throw-in from Andreas Billström in the 87th minute of the game was unfortunally taken care of by Hyssna IK's Valentin Hedvall. Mariannelund's David Holmberg played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Michael Qvalfeldt in the 91st minute of play. In the 93rd match minute, Hyssna IK was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Peter Hedström to maneuver through the defense. Hyssna IK's Rutger Wik proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 94th minute of the match, managed to save Hyssna IK from getting a goal against them. After a defensive mix-up in Mariannelund's zone, Valentin Hedvall stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. David Holmberg came out of the goal and Valentin Hedvall tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Mariannelund's players left the field with heads hung low after losing a match that had been finely balanced throughout.
