Tord Ek made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Edvin Forss in the 7th minute of play. Michel Lindström received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 9th minute. Herman Blomqvist tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. With a little luck, FC Solaris's Herman Blomqvist got control of the ball when Valdemar Forsberg tried to sneak it across the goal line. 13 minutes into the game, Lovikka's Valdemar Forsberg nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Herman Blomqvist made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-0. Valdemar Forsberg sent away a hard shot on goal in the 18th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Michel Lindström fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 19th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Herman Blomqvist having to interfere. In the 29th minute Edvin Forss shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Tord Ek saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. A collision led to Lovikka getting a freekick after 31 minutes play. Eric Henriksson hit a great ball. 31 minutes into the match, FC Solaris's Nils Sjöman broke free and took a long shot that unfortunately flew wide. A fine initiative that could have resulted in a goal. Tord Ek showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Alexander Karlstedt in the 37th minute of the match. Herbert Siggman kicked well hit freekick during the 37th minute of the match. Alexander Karlstedt might have been able to make a better finish in the 47th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Tord Ek. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Alexander Karlstedt ran back to his position shaking his head.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Michel Lindström to strike the kick off in the second half. In the 57th minute, Valdemar Forsberg got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. A collision led to FC Solaris getting a freekick after 58 minutes play. Hampus Alebeck hit a great ball. 62 minutes into the game, Emil Bjurström was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. FC Solaris's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Lovikka the free kick. Emil Bjurström kicked well hit freekick during the 62nd minute of the match. After some fancy dribbling in the 73rd minute, Valdemar Forsberg managed to get in a good position for a shot. Lovikka's supporters rose to their feet, but Valdemar Forsberg was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Herman Blomqvist breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Michel Lindström in the 74th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Herman Blomqvist saved FC Solaris from getting behind. If Valdemar Forsberg had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 75th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 77th minute Michel Lindström shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Herman Blomqvist saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. A collision led to FC Solaris getting a freekick after 77 minutes play. Emil Bjurström hit a great ball. Michel Lindström spun around in front of the goal 78 minutes in the game, and got away a shot that, to his disappointment, went to the left of FC Solaris's goal. Edvin Forss fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 92nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Tord Ek having to interfere. In the 96th minute Alexander Karlstedt shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Tord Ek saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Lovikka's fans were exulted and cheered after their team won in a match that could easily have gone the other way.
