In the 16th minute the ball was on its way in behind Morjärv IF's goalkeeper Pontus Västerstrand, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Ingvar Fernström fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 24th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Pontus Västerstrand having to interfere. 26 minutes into the game, Ingvar Fernström lined in a short shot 2-0 behind a frustrated Pontus Västerstrand. With a little luck, Morjärv IF's Pontus Västerstrand got control of the ball when Ingvar Fernström tried to sneak it across the goal line. Pontus Västerstrand showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Olov Ekström in the 34th minute of the match. If Olov Ekström had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 37th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. John Stenman charged in rather forcefully in the 40th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed John Stenman the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. 47 minutes into the match, Olov Ekström dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Pontus Västerstrand, 4-0.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Jimmy Alström made a kick off. Ingvar Fernström received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 56th minute. Pontus Västerstrand tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Sven-Olof Jönsson scored 5-0 in the 59th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Pontus Västerstrand, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Ingvar Fernström sent away a hard shot on goal in the 66th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Sven Grelsson kicked well hit freekick during the 67th minute of the match. A collision led to Morjärv IF getting a freekick after 71 minutes play. Jimmy Alström hit a great ball. Bertil Bållström, 72 minutes into the match, dribbled the ball up the side of the field and decided to take a long shot at the goal. Unfortunately, the ball was poorly hit and landed closer to the corner than to the goal. If Ingvar Fernström had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 74th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Pontus Västerstrand made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Olov Ekström in the 76th minute of play. Ingvar Fernström fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 78th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Pontus Västerstrand having to interfere. Björklinge's Olov Ekström got a good chance for a goal in the 81st minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. If Ingvar Fernström had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 82nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Pontus Västerstrand showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ingvar Fernström in the 86th minute of the match. The audience was convinced that Olov Ekström's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Pontus Västerstrand was relentless in the 88th minute of the game. In the 91st minute, Jimmy Alström hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Ingvar Fernström struck a weak shot in the 94th minute. It was no surprise that this one had ended in a win for the home team. Björklinge had played much better football throughout.
