Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) Peter Ahlin started the match with the kick off in front of an excited audience. Sonny Tingberg kicked well hit freekick during the 2nd minute of the match. After a rather tough play, AIK's Bror Täman got a free kick in the 4th minute. After 7 played minutes Billesholm got a freekick which was hit by Peter Ahlin. An unexpectedly hard shot by Jens-Erik Tunström in the 11th minute of play forced Billesholm's goalkeeper Hugo Söder to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Hugo Söder made an important save on a dangerous shot by Bror Täman in the 13th minute. Sebastian Tingberg struck a weak shot in the 15th minute. Hugo Söder didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for AIK. In the 18th minute the ball was on its way in behind Billesholm's goalkeeper Hugo Söder, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. In the 22nd minute, Sebastian Tingberg got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Sebastian Tingberg sent away a hard shot on goal in the 25th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Fredric Botvidsson showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Martin Olofsson, who was totally free with the ball in the 27th minute. AIK's Fredric Botvidsson played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Martin Olofsson in the 28th minute of play. Sonny Löfdahl kicked well hit freekick during the 30th minute of the match. Fredric Botvidsson didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Peter Ahlin went, in the 32nd minute, to the upper right corner, 0-1 was the resulting score. Hugo Söder showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Sebastian Tingberg in the 34th minute of the match. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Martin Olofsson during the 35th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Sebastian Tingberg received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 37th minute. Hugo Söder tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Peter Ahlin scored 0-2 in the 39th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Fredric Botvidsson, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. In the 47th minute Sebastian Tingberg shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Hugo Söder saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-2 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Sebastian Tingberg stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. In the 51st minute, Peter Ahlin hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 1-2 became the score in the 52nd minute when Sebastian Tingberg elegantly shot the ball into goal just under the crossbar. After a defensive mix-up in Billesholm's zone, Ralf Alefors stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Hugo Söder came out of the goal and Ralf Alefors tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Fredric Botvidsson made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Niclas Ekenberg in the 57th minute of play. AIK's Fredric Botvidsson played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Niclas Ekenberg in the 58th minute of play. 59 minutes into the match, Peter Ahlin dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Fredric Botvidsson, 1-3. In the 62nd minute, Ralf Alefors left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The AIK fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 2-3. When Ralf Alefors came up free with the goalie in the 65th minute, the AIK fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Ralf Alefors couldn't finish the play. Sebastian Tingberg blasted a shot towards the goal in the 67th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Hugo Söder having to make a save. Sebastian Tingberg scored 3-3 in the 69th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Hugo Söder, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Aron Lindsten kicked well hit freekick during the 73rd minute of the match. After a defensive mix-up in Billesholm's zone, Sebastian Tingberg stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Hugo Söder came out of the goal and Sebastian Tingberg tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 81st minute, Ralf Alefors left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The AIK fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 4-3. Sebastian Tingberg fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 86th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Hugo Söder having to interfere. AIK's Sebastian Tingberg got a good chance for a goal in the 88th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. If Ralf Alefors had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 89th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Sebastian Tingberg recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 93rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. AIK walked away with a well-earned victory that was much celebrated by the crowd.
