Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Richard Ahlroht to make the kick off. The referee ignored Långaryd BF's protests and gave Herbert Axelsson a yellow card for diving instead. In the 66th minute, Herbert Axelsson hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Dr.Pepper FC's Konstanty Biegun managed to work through Långaryd BF's defense and was going for an easy goal, but he hit the shot with his toe and the ball flew outside the goal. Elliot Hultman was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. After a defensive mix-up in Långaryd BF's zone, Konstanty Biegun stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Birger Grep came out of the goal and Konstanty Biegun tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Birger Grep took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Daniel Konieczny, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side.
