Spectators: 6666 (Terracing: 5000, Seating: 1661, VIP seats: 5) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Dennis Rosen kicked off to start the match. Christoffer Browald fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 3rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Thomas Svanberg having to interfere. Christoffer Browald's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Thomas Svanberg read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 7th minute of play. After 8 minutes, Jerry Söderström mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Köpmanholmen BF and the Floby RK players grew even worse after the yellow card. After a rather tough play, Köpmanholmen BF's Jerry Söderström got a free kick in the 8th minute. Thomas Svanberg made a fantastic save in the 9th minute, when Håkan Andberg sent off a good shot on target. After 12 minutes, Jimmie Åberg mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Floby RK and the Köpmanholmen BF players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 18th minute Dennis Rosen shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Sonny Björkqvist saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. If Håkan Andberg had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 20th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 30th minute, Marcus Hamnberg hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Håkan Andberg sent away a hard shot on goal in the 33rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After having played for 39 minutes, Dennis Rosen managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Köpmanholmen BF's supporters crossed their fingers, but Dennis Rosen was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. With a little luck, Köpmanholmen BF's Thomas Svanberg got control of the ball when Håkan Andberg tried to sneak it across the goal line. Sonny Björkqvist showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Vilgot Wassenius, who was totally free with the ball in the 46th minute. Christoffer Browald received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 48th minute. Thomas Svanberg tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 1-0.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Christoffer Browald was the one to do the kick off. Håkan Andberg recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 55th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Christoffer Browald sent away a hard shot on goal in the 56th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. If Christoffer Browald had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 61st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Thomas Svanberg made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Håkan Andberg in the 65th minute of play. After having played for 70 minutes, Vilgot Wassenius managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Köpmanholmen BF's supporters crossed their fingers, but Vilgot Wassenius was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. If Håkan Andberg had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 74th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After 75 minutes, Folke Ekeroth mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Köpmanholmen BF and the Floby RK players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 75th match minute, Köpmanholmen BF was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Folke Ekeroth to maneuver through the defense. If Håkan Andberg had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 77th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Köpmanholmen BF's Folke Ekeroth got his second yellow card of the match in the 78th minute. The referee ordered Folke Ekeroth off the ground. Folke Ekeroth hit a great freekick 78 minutes into the match. Vilgot Wassenius recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 81st minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. The audience thought a goal was coming when Vilgot Wassenius got free with Sonny Björkqvist in the 90th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. 92 minutes into the match, Köpmanholmen BF's Vilgot Wassenius sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Sonny Björkqvist narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Floby RK's Håkan Andberg got a good chance for a goal in the 97th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Floby RK's fans were exulted and cheered after their team won in a match that could easily have gone the other way.
