In the 7th match minute, Holsbybrunn IK was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Gunnar Åberg to maneuver through the defense. Wictor Nykvist didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Kurt Gullesson went, in the 9th minute, to the upper right corner, 1-0 was the resulting score. After 15 played minutes Ådalen Power got a freekick which was hit by Sigge Larsson. Karl-Johan Erserman struck a weak shot in the 18th minute. Pontus Larsson didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Holsbybrunn IK. 20 minutes into the match, Ådalen Power's goal looked a bit too open when Viggo Häll came free, but Pontus Larsson reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Wictor Nykvist stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Rune Morat's shot from short distance in the 22nd minute. Ådalen Power's Kurt Gullesson got a good chance for a goal in the 36th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Holsbybrunn IK's goalkeeper couldn't reach when Rune Morat 38 minutes into the game got a good kick on the ball which found its way into goal just inside left pole. 2-0. The crowd rose to their feet as Ådalen Power's Rune Morat slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Wictor Nykvist. That made the score 3-0 after 43 minutes of play. Af the end of the first half the score was 3-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

If Rune Morat had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 52nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Kurt Gullesson might have been able to make a better finish in the 53rd minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Wictor Nykvist. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Kurt Gullesson ran back to his position shaking his head. Rune Morat received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 53rd minute. Wictor Nykvist tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Holsbybrunn IK's Wictor Nykvist played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Kurt Gullesson in the 55th minute of play. A collision led to Holsbybrunn IK getting a freekick after 55 minutes play. Jonas Kaxe hit a great ball. If Kurt Gullesson had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 58th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. In the 58th minute, Rune Morat made a precise shot to the right of Wictor Nykvist. Holsbybrunn IK's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 4-0. If Kurt Gullesson had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 64th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Pontus Larsson made a fantastic save in the 68th minute, when Karl-Johan Erserman sent off a good shot on target. Karl-Johan Erserman sent away a hard shot on goal in the 69th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Karl-Johan Erserman fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 71st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Pontus Larsson having to interfere. Karl-Johan Erserman could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 80th minute of the match, but Pontus Larsson made a huge save. 84 minutes into the match, Kurt Gullesson notched a goal, 5-0, to the right of Holsbybrunn IK's Wictor Nykvist. Wictor Nykvist was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. If Rune Morat had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 88th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Niclas Uter kicked well hit freekick during the 90th minute of the match. When Rune Morat came up free with the goalie in the 94th minute, the Ådalen Power fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Rune Morat couldn't finish the play. Karl-Johan Erserman in the 96thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Pontus Larsson, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. Holsbybrunn IK's players left the field with heads hung low after losing a match that had been finely balanced throughout.
