Spectators: 6663 (Terracing: 5000, Seating: 1663, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Sven Bäckman started the match with the kick off. In the last second Torsten Berg throw himself and got hold of the ball when Peter Sandström in the 2ndth minute from his position got away a shot towards the right post. After 5 played minutes Lycksele got a freekick which was hit by Tobias Forss. An unexpected shot in the 6th minute by Rolf Öberg got the crowd on their feet, but to their dismay it went out on the left side. Peter Sandström could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 8th minute of the match, but Torsten Berg made a huge save. After having played for 10 minutes, Alexander Bredberg managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Lycksele's supporters crossed their fingers, but Alexander Bredberg was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Alexander Bredberg recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 12th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Peter Sandström received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Torsten Berg came out and tried to block the shot, but Peter Sandström slotted it home off the left post making it 1-0 in the 20th minute. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Jan-Åke Kiempe during the 22nd minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. A collision led to blodhands getting a freekick after 23 minutes play. Jan-Åke Kiempe hit a great ball. If Sven Bäckman had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 24th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 25 minutes into the match, Lycksele's Alexander Bredberg sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Christer Bagge narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Rolf Öberg sent away a hard shot on goal in the 32nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Sven Bäckman fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 45th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Christer Bagge having to interfere.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Peter Sandström to make the kick off. If Peter Sandström had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 52nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Rolf Öberg's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Torsten Berg read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 54th minute of play. If Sven Bäckman had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 56th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. After 56 minutes of play, Lycksele's Alexander Bredberg made it 1-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Christer Bagge was left in no man's land by his defense there! Christer Bagge showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Sven Bäckman in the 59th minute of the match. 61 minutes into the game, Elof Sundberg was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. blodhands's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Lycksele the free kick. Frans Nordström hit a great freekick 68 minutes into the match. Rolf Öberg sent away a hard shot on goal in the 79th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After having played for 82 minutes, Alexander Bredberg managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Lycksele's supporters crossed their fingers, but Alexander Bredberg was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. blodhands's Christer Bagge proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 91st minute of the match, managed to save blodhands from getting a goal against them. After some fancy dribbling in the 93rd minute, Sven Bäckman managed to get in a good position for a shot. Lycksele's supporters rose to their feet, but Sven Bäckman was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Christer Bagge breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. The second half was just like the first, even and exciting. The match ended in a draw.
