Spectators: 7244 (Terracing: 5434, Seating: 1666, VIP seats: 144) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Henrik Danielsson got the match started through his kick off. After 2 played minutes Lokomotiv Lycksele got a freekick which was hit by Sakarias Fribäck. Falkenbergs FF's Thomas Finman got a good chance for a goal in the 7th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Örjan Runberg made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Thomas Finman in the 10th minute of play. Stig-Arne Ugla recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 13th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Lucas Telin charged in rather forcefully in the 15th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Lucas Telin the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. 15 minutes into the game, one of Falkenbergs FF:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. The referee gave Lokomotiv Lycksele a penalty, 16 minutes into the game. The penalty shot was made by Karl-Erik Ståhlberg, who made a well placed shot into the net to the right of Falkenbergs FF's Dan Uter. 0-1. Örjan Runberg came out of the goal in the 20th minute to try and stop a shot by Falkenbergs FF's Patrik Ahlbom. But to his dismay, Patrik Ahlbom quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-1. After 24 minutes of play, Falkenbergs FF's Patrik Ahlbom made it 2-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Örjan Runberg was left in no man's land by his defense there! Thomas Finman recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 34th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Patrik Ahlbom who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 35thth minute tested the skills of Örjan Runberg when he managed to save the team from getting behind. In the 36th minute Henrik Danielsson shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Dan Uter saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Örjan Runberg showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Thomas Finman, who was totally free with the ball in the 41st minute. After a rather tough play, Lokomotiv Lycksele's Anders Colin got a free kick in the 42nd minute. Falkenbergs FF's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Bengt-Rune Hääger in the 45th minute. The corner ended in Kjell Biörkman almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but Lokomotiv Lycksele's Örjan Runberg did a great save. Patrik Ahlbom who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 47thth minute tested the skills of Örjan Runberg when he managed to save the team from getting behind. Sakarias Fribäck charged in rather forcefully in the 47th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Sakarias Fribäck the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. The supporters of Falkenbergs FF booed when Lokomotiv Lycksele was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 48 match minutes in a wonderful position. Sakarias Fribäck didn't get a good kick on the ball. Örjan Runberg showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Thomas Finman, who was totally free with the ball in the 49th minute.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Thomas Finman made a kick off. In the 56th minute, Patrik Ahlbom got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. The audience was convinced that Thomas Finman's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Örjan Runberg was relentless in the 58th minute of the game. In the 59th minute, Anders Colin hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Thomas Finman received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 63rd minute. Örjan Runberg tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. If Thomas Finman had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 67th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Esbjörn Spetz during the 68th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 69th match minute, Lokomotiv Lycksele was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Esbjörn Spetz to maneuver through the defense. Örjan Runberg showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Patrik Ahlbom in the 71st minute of the match. In the 76th minute, Stig-Arne Ugla got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. If Jan-Åke Gallin had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 79th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. In the 82nd minute, Patrik Ahlbom ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Örjan Runberg was frozen by the shot and now it was 3-1. After a rather tough play, Falkenbergs FF's Jan-Åke Gallin got a free kick in the 85th minute. When Stig-Arne Ugla came up free with the goalie in the 87th minute, the Lokomotiv Lycksele fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Stig-Arne Ugla couldn't finish the play. Dan Uter took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Henrik Danielsson, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After 93 played minutes, Lokomotiv Lycksele's Fabian Backlund shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Dan Uter came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Lokomotiv Lycksele reached it. Stig-Arne Ugla blasted a shot towards the goal in the 100th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Dan Uter having to make a save. The crowd rose to their feet and cheered when the referee blew the final whistle. Falkenbergs FF had won after a very even match.
