Kaj Löfkvist took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ulrik Eriksson, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Skeppshult's Kaj Löfkvist played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ulrik Eriksson in the 20th minute of play. Harry Sundberg sent away a hard shot on goal in the 21st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After 26 played minutes Hisingens Blattar got a freekick which was hit by Stig Ekström. If Verner Sandberg had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 27th minute. Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Verner Sandberg to make the kick off. Harry Sundberg sent away a hard shot on goal in the 60th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 62 minutes into the match, Skeppshult's goal looked a bit too open when Ulrik Eriksson came free, but Kaj Löfkvist reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 67 minutes into the game, Stig Ekström was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Hisingens Blattar's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Skeppshult the free kick. Stig Ekström kicked well hit freekick during the 67th minute of the match. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. 71 minutes into the match, Hisingens Blattar's goalkeeper Karl-Michael Levander had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Karl-Ove Haglund. In the 78th minute, Karl-Ove Haglund got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. The crowd rose to their feet as Verner Sandberg kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Karl-Michael Levander. That made the score 2-1 in the 80 minute of play. After having played for 85 minutes, Harry Sundberg managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Hisingens Blattar's supporters crossed their fingers, but Harry Sundberg was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Kaj Löfkvist showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ulrik Eriksson, who was totally free with the ball in the 87th minute. In the 96th minute the ball was on its way in behind Skeppshult's goalkeeper Kaj Löfkvist, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Hisingens Blattar walked away with a well-earned victory that was much celebrated by the crowd.
