Nils-Erik Sandström kicked well hit freekick during the 4th minute of the match. In the 8thth minute of the game Harry Sundberg who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Dalum IK's Kjell Paulin was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Harry Sundberg in the 12th minute of play forced Dalum IK's goalkeeper Kjell Paulin to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Dalum IK's Kjell Paulin played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Harry Sundberg in the 13th minute of play. With his leg Karl-Michael Levander managed to avoid a goal in the 18thth minute, when Dalum IK's Nils-Erik Sandström fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. 23 minutes into the match, Dalum IK's goal looked a bit too open when Harry Sundberg came free, but Kjell Paulin reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After a rather tough play, Hisingens Blattar's Dick Ekeroth got a free kick in the 26th minute. Nils-Erik Sandström received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 29th minute. Karl-Michael Levander tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Patrik Nyström fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 36th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Karl-Michael Levander having to interfere. Ulrik Eriksson fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 41st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Kjell Paulin having to interfere. In the 46th minute, Henric Johnsson hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Ulrik Eriksson received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 49th minute. Kjell Paulin tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.

The wind increased when Ulrik Eriksson made the kick off in the second half. After a defensive mix-up in Dalum IK's zone, Ulrik Eriksson stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Kjell Paulin came out of the goal and Ulrik Eriksson tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Harry Sundberg scored 0-1 in the 62nd match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Kjell Paulin, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Nils-Erik Sandström struck a weak shot in the 66th minute. Karl-Michael Levander didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Dalum IK. After a rather tough play, Hisingens Blattar's Georg Engman got a free kick in the 67th minute. Kjell Paulin made a fantastic save in the 71st minute, when Harry Sundberg sent off a good shot on target. In the 75th minute, Harry Sundberg got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Ulrik Eriksson in the 76th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Kjell Paulin prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Harry Sundberg in the 79thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Kjell Paulin, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. Samuel Åman sent away a hard shot on goal in the 80th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Kjell Paulin took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ulrik Eriksson, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Ulrik Eriksson scored 0-2 in the 89th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Kjell Paulin, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. With a little luck, Dalum IK's Kjell Paulin got control of the ball when Stig Ekström tried to sneak it across the goal line. In the 95th minute Nils-Erik Sandström shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Karl-Michael Levander saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. If Harry Sundberg had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 97th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. The Dalum IK supporters were disappointed that their team didn't take anything from the match, despite matching Hisingens Blattar's performance. The match ended with a win for Hisingens Blattar.
