Spectators: 6674 (Terracing: 5000, Seating: 1674, VIP seats: 0) Sigvard Esbjörnsson started the match with the kick off in front of an excited audience. After 9 minutes, Ingmar Tingelholm mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Löverpool and the Arjeplog players grew even worse after the yellow card. The audience was convinced that Bror Bjursell's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Andréas Mossberg was relentless in the 13th minute of the game. In the 19th minute the ball was on its way in behind Arjeplog's goalkeeper Andréas Mossberg, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. 19 minutes into the game, Ove Bergström was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Löverpool's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Arjeplog the free kick. Andréas Mossberg showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Bror Bjursell in the 24th minute of the match. Arjeplog's Andréas Mossberg played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Bror Bjursell in the 28th minute of play. Bror Bjursell took the ball and in the 32 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Andréas Mossberg. Andréas Mossberg dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-2. In the 41st minute, Erik Larsson got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. In the 46th match minute, Arjeplog was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Thomas Målare to maneuver through the defense. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-2 lead.

The audience thought a goal was coming when Olov Majman got free with Andréas Mossberg in the 52nd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. 56 minutes into the match, Löverpool's goal looked a bit too open when Sigvard Esbjörnsson came free, but Elliot Holmgren reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Bror Bjursell's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Andréas Mossberg read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 65th minute of play. Andréas Mossberg made an important save on a dangerous shot by Olov Majman in the 66th minute. Arjeplog's Erik Larsson got a good chance for a goal in the 68th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 69th minute Sigvard Esbjörnsson shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Elliot Holmgren saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 75th minute, Edvard Haraldsson hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Andréas Mossberg made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Bror Bjursell in the 84th minute of play. Erik Larsson fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 88th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Elliot Holmgren having to interfere. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Sigvard Esbjörnsson in the 93rd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Elliot Holmgren saved Löverpool from getting behind. The Löverpool players were relieved to hear the final whistle blow to end the match. The away crowd was happy to see their team win after a very tight game.
