Pål Axelsson received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 3rd minute. Jonny Söderman tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Jonny Söderman took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Henric Broman, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. If Pål Axelsson had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 7th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. An unexpectedly hard shot by Pål Axelsson in the 11th minute of play forced Ärla IF's goalkeeper Jonny Söderman to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Jonny Söderman made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Pål Axelsson in the 20th minute of play. When Henric Broman came up free with the goalie in the 31st minute, the Knislinge BK fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Henric Broman couldn't finish the play. 36 minutes into the game, Pål Axelsson cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-2. Jonny Söderman was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Henric Broman sent away a hard shot on goal in the 40th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Ärla IF's Johannes Nyberg got a good chance for a goal in the 45th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-2 lead.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Henric Broman stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. An unexpectedly hard shot by Henric Broman in the 53rd minute of play forced Ärla IF's goalkeeper Jonny Söderman to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. If Pål Axelsson had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 54th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Jonny Söderman made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Henric Broman in the 56th minute of play. With a little luck, Ärla IF's Jonny Söderman got control of the ball when Pål Axelsson tried to sneak it across the goal line. Bengt-Arne Hägglund struck a weak shot in the 62nd minute. Alvin Örtlund didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Ärla IF. If Johannes Nyberg had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 64th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. If Henric Broman had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 66th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Bengt-Arne Hägglund sent away a hard shot on goal in the 70th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After 72 played minutes Knislinge BK got a freekick which was hit by Stig Håning. Harry Holmberg fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 74th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Jonny Söderman having to interfere. Jonny Söderman showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Henric Broman in the 78th minute of the match. Pål Axelsson sent away a hard shot on goal in the 85th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Stig Håning scored 0-3 in the 88th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Jonny Söderman, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Bengt-Arne Hägglund recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 91st minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. When Pål Axelsson came up free with the goalie in the 94th minute, the Knislinge BK fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Pål Axelsson couldn't finish the play. Knislinge BK's players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
