Viktor Ahlbom hit a great ball. Karl-Åke Bergman sent away a hard shot on goal in the 11th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After a rather tough play, Ärla IF's Karl-Erik Grönberg got a free kick in the 14th minute. The nice shot from Agne Bergvall in the 15thth minute just in front of the goal should have ended in point on the board, but Jonny Söderman had a great feel for the game and superbly saved the ball from getting in by the left post. An unexpectedly hard shot by Johannes Nyberg in the 18th minute of play forced Jörn IF's goalkeeper Roger Björkkvist to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After having played for 22 minutes, Agne Bergvall managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Jörn IF's supporters crossed their fingers, but Agne Bergvall was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Agne Bergvall who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 23rdth minute tested the skills of Jonny Söderman when he managed to save the team from getting behind. In the 24th minute, Frank Källberg hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Bengt-Arne Hägglund scored 0-1 in the 28th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Roger Björkkvist, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. The audience thought a goal was coming when Agne Bergvall got free with Jonny Söderman in the 31st minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. 33 minutes into the match, Ärla IF's goalkeeper Jonny Söderman had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Agne Bergvall. In the 34th minute, Ärla IF's goalie took a deep sigh of relief after Agne Bergvall fired away a hard shot that went just outside the left post. Mikael Erserman struck a weak shot in the 41st minute. Jonny Söderman didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Jörn IF. Agne Bergvall fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 43rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Jonny Söderman having to interfere. 45 minutes into the match, Jörn IF's goal looked a bit too open when Johannes Nyberg came free, but Roger Björkkvist reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 46 minutes into the game, Karl-Erik Grönberg was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. The wind increased when Bengt-Arne Hägglund made the kick off in the second half. If Johannes Nyberg had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 56th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Bengt-Arne Hägglund received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 61st minute. Roger Björkkvist tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After 64 played minutes Jörn IF got a freekick which was hit by Mikael Erserman. Jörn IF's Roger Björkkvist proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 65th minute of the match, managed to save Jörn IF from getting a goal against them. With an all-out effort, Ärla IF's Roger Björkkvist threw himself towards the right post 66 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Bengt-Arne Hägglund, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. If Bengt-Arne Hägglund had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 67th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Lucas Målare took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 70th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Roger Björkkvist. Jörn IF's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. Jonny Söderman didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Karl-Åke Bergman went, in the 82nd minute, to the upper right corner, 1-1 was the resulting score. An unexpectedly hard shot by Agne Bergvall in the 86th minute of play forced Ärla IF's goalkeeper Jonny Söderman to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Ärla IF's Karl-Erik Grönberg got his second yellow card of the match in the 87th minute. The referee ordered Karl-Erik Grönberg off the ground.
