Karl-Oskar Samuelsson might have been able to make a better finish in the 11th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Bengt-Rune Bergström. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. 52 minutes into the match, Peking Animals's goalkeeper Rickard Svensson had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Isak Strandberg. After 52 played minutes Peking Animals got a freekick which was hit by Josef Albohm. Rickard Svensson made an important save on a dangerous shot by Isak Strandberg in the 54th minute. Jonathan Pil's late challenge caught a Frösön's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Isak Strandberg's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Rickard Svensson read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 58th minute of play. In the 71st minute, Isak Strandberg got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Jens-Åke Danielsson hit a great freekick 72 minutes into the match. Isak Strandberg received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 74th minute. Rickard Svensson tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 75th match minute, Peking Animals was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Lars Simonsson to maneuver through the defense. With a little luck, Peking Animals's Rickard Svensson got control of the ball when Isak Strandberg tried to sneak it across the goal line. The audience thought a goal was coming when Isak Strandberg got free with Rickard Svensson in the 82nd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Knut Odman made a great header on Frösön's corner, it was just that Peking Animals's Rickard Svensson managed to reach the ball for a save.
