The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Karl-Michael Lundkvist to strike the kick off in the second half. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Mathias Nordmark showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. After 74 played minutes Dals Långed got a freekick which was hit by Arne Björkdal. After some careless play in the Dals Långed defense, Edward Larsson kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Mathias Nordmark. The Dals Långed fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Mathias Nordmark should have stopped the shot. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Karl-Michael Lundkvist in the 82nd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Mathias Nordmark saved Dals Långed from getting behind. Karl-Michael Lundkvist received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 85th minute. Mathias Nordmark tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. When Edward Larsson came up free with the goalie in the 87th minute, the Nynäshamn RK fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Edward Larsson couldn't finish the play. Karl-Michael Lundkvist sent away a hard shot on goal in the 89th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 93 minutes into the match, Nynäshamn RK's goal looked a bit too open when Peter Jonasson came free, but Jens-Åke Axelsson reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Jens-Åke Axelsson made a fantastic save in the 95th minute, when Leonard Stabbe sent off a good shot on target. Dals Långed's players left the field with heads hung low after losing a match that had been finely balanced throughout.
