Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Ralf Walmarsson kicked off to start the match. The supporters of Ervalla BK booed when Nynäshamn RK was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 4 match minutes in a wonderful position. Johnny Jelm didn't get a good kick on the ball. With an all-out effort, Ervalla BK's Jens-Åke Axelsson threw himself towards the right post 9 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Ralf Walmarsson, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. 10 minutes into the match, Nynäshamn RK's goal looked a bit too open when Ralf Walmarsson came free, but Jens-Åke Axelsson reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 13 minutes into the game, Ralf Walmarsson recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Jens-Åke Axelsson. Ralf Walmarsson showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 1-0. The Nynäshamn RK fans' excitement grew in the 22nd match minute when Nynäshamn RK's Edward Larsson looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 1-1 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. If Rolf Skålberg had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 31st minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Rolf Skålberg received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 35th minute. Jens-Åke Axelsson tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. A collision led to Nynäshamn RK getting a freekick after 38 minutes play. Georg Biörkquist hit a great ball. After 39 played minutes, Ervalla BK's Michael Sundström shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Jens-Åke Axelsson came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Ervalla BK reached it. Jens-Åke Axelsson took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ralf Walmarsson, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Ralf Walmarsson in the 44th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Jens-Åke Axelsson prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Ralf Walmarsson fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 46th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Jens-Åke Axelsson having to interfere. 48 minutes into the match, Nynäshamn RK's goalkeeper Jens-Åke Axelsson had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Rolf Skålberg. The score stood at 1-1 when the half time whistle went. Both sets of players seemed reasonably pleased with how the match was going.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Karl-Michael Lundkvist stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. An unexpectedly hard shot by Rolf Skålberg in the 53rd minute of play forced Nynäshamn RK's goalkeeper Jens-Åke Axelsson to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Ralf Walmarsson blasted a shot towards the goal in the 54th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Jens-Åke Axelsson having to make a save. In the 55th minute, Rolf Skålberg got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Nynäshamn RK's Edward Larsson got a good chance for a goal in the 58th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. If Rolf Skålberg had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 63rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After 65 minutes, Ralf Walmarsson made it 2-1 with a short kick to the right side. Nynäshamn RK's Jens-Åke Axelsson tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. Freddie Johnsson kicked well hit freekick during the 67th minute of the match. In the 71st match minute, Ervalla BK was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Gustav Forss to maneuver through the defense. In the 74th minute, Freddie Johnsson hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Ralf Walmarsson fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 83rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Jens-Åke Axelsson having to interfere. Ralf Walmarsson scored 3-1 in the 90th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Jens-Åke Axelsson, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. 96 minutes into the game, Birger Abrahamsson was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Nynäshamn RK's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Ervalla BK the free kick. The supporters of Ervalla BK booed when Nynäshamn RK was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 96 match minutes in a wonderful position. Birger Abrahamsson didn't get a good kick on the ball. Ervalla BK's supporters were delighted with their team's performance and swarmed onto the pitch at the end of the match to celebrate the victory with the players.
