One of Dals Långed:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of Rantaruntiringen:s goal. A collision led to Rantaruntiringen getting a freekick after 15 minutes play. Aron Petersson hit a great ball. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Peter Jonasson in the 16th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Mats Broman prevented the ball from getting in the gole. In the 18th minute Peter Jonasson shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Mats Broman saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Mats Broman took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Peter Jonasson, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 23 minutes into the match, Rantaruntiringen's goal looked a bit too open when Peter Jonasson came free, but Mats Broman reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Mats Broman showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Peter Jonasson, who was totally free with the ball in the 38th minute. 41 minutes into the match, Sten Samuelsson had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Mathias Nordmark. The long shot by Bengt Wallengren in the 55th minute really tested Mathias Nordmark's skills. The ball was on its way into the goal to the left of him when he managed to stretch himself and save the shot and avoid a goal. 56 minutes into the game, Arne Björkdal was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Mats Broman didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Leonard Stabbe went, in the 70th minute, to the upper right corner, 1-3 was the resulting score. The supporters of Rantaruntiringen booed when Dals Långed was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 74 match minutes in a wonderful position. Tobias Palmquist didn't get a good kick on the ball. Mathias Nordmark acted impressively in front of the goal and made a superb save when he, in the 75th minute, took the ball on the long shot from Axel Ahlström. Sten Samuelsson came free with the goalkeeper in the 76th minute of the match, and shot straight on target. The shot was a little too simple and Mathias Nordmark could save by the left post. After a rather tough play, Dals Långed's Peter Jonasson got a free kick in the 80th minute. In the 84th minute, Peter Jonasson made a precise shot to the right of Mats Broman. Rantaruntiringen's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 2-3. Mats Broman made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Leonard Stabbe in the 92nd minute of play. 93 minutes into the match, Rantaruntiringen's goal looked a bit too open when Leonard Stabbe came free, but Mats Broman reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The Rantaruntiringen supporters could be heard counting down the last seconds of the match. They errupted in celebration when the whistle blew, knowing Rantaruntiringen would go home with victory in their luggage after a match that easily could have ended differently.
