Malte Hedvall was extremely unlucky when he, in the 6th minute, took a shot that hit the right post and went out. In the 7th minute, Jörgen Andreasson hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Calle Biörling fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 10th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Sebastian Ödman having to interfere. David Blixt showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Dan Fernström, who was totally free with the ball in the 26th minute. In the 30th minute, Torbjörn Rolfsson hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Jon Andersson kicked well hit freekick during the 31st minute of the match. After 34 minutes, Sebastian Klint mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Blixten Lightning and the En BK players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 34th minute, Sebastian Klint hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Sebastian Klint sent away a hard shot on goal in the 38th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Evert Mager kicked well hit freekick during the 41st minute of the match. Calle Biörling recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 46th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. The first half was very even, with the score at 0-0 when the whistle went for half-time. The players welcomed the break and quickly retired to the dressing rooms.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Andy Lindqvist stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. After 51 minutes, Jörgen Andreasson mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Blixten Lightning and the En BK players grew even worse after the yellow card. The supporters of En BK booed when Blixten Lightning was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 51 match minutes in a wonderful position. Jörgen Andreasson didn't get a good kick on the ball. After some fancy dribbling in the 52nd minute, Andy Lindqvist managed to get in a good position for a shot. En BK's supporters rose to their feet, but Andy Lindqvist was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. David Blixt breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. After having played for 55 minutes, Benjamin Jansson managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Blixten Lightning's supporters crossed their fingers, but Benjamin Jansson was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Calle Biörling recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 59th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Sebastian Ödman made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Calle Biörling in the 62nd minute of play. Benjamin Jansson could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 66th minute of the match, but Sebastian Ödman made a huge save. Blixten Lightning's David Blixt played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Malte Hedvall in the 75th minute of play. With a little luck, En BK's Sebastian Ödman got control of the ball when Calle Biörling tried to sneak it across the goal line. Calle Biörling fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 81st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Sebastian Ödman having to interfere. If Sebastian Klint had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 83rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 84th minute the ball was on its way in behind En BK's goalkeeper Sebastian Ödman, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. 85 minutes into the match, Sebastian Klint had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Sebastian Ödman. En BK's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Sebastian Klint was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-1. After 89 minutes, Calle Biörling made it 0-2 with a short kick to the right side. En BK's Sebastian Ödman tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. In the 93rd match minute, Blixten Lightning was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Jörgen Andreasson to maneuver through the defense. After 95 played minutes, En BK's Evert Mager shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper David Blixt came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in En BK reached it.
