Per-Åke Blomqvist fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 13th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Dan Söderqwist having to interfere. Per-Åke Blomqvist received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 16th minute. Dan Söderqwist tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 19 minutes into the game, Clownfiesta's Per-Åke Blomqvist nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Dan Söderqwist made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-1. In the 25thth minute of the game Per-Åke Blomqvist who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Libertadores U-23's Dan Söderqwist was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Clownfiesta were awarded a corner in the 26th minute after Libertadores U-23's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Herbert Berglund took the corner. A nice corner shot did that Herbert Berglund got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Dan Söderqwist quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. In the 28th match minute, Libertadores U-23 was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Åke Nyqvist to maneuver through the defense. If Per-Åke Blomqvist had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 29th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Verner Allbom made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Elof Aspengren in the 41st minute of play. Elias Kellman sent away a hard shot on goal in the 43rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Robert Nykvist hit a great freekick 44 minutes into the match. In the 47th minute Clownfiesta were awarded a corner. Herbert Berglund went to the cornerflag to take it. Olle Lundström thought of kicking away a contribution in front of goal but messed it up so badly that the ball went to the right of an astonished Dan Söderqwist, a very annoying self made goal in the 47th minute which led to 0-3.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Per-Åke Blomqvist made a kick off. Åke Nyqvist's late challenge caught a Clownfiesta's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Åke Nyqvist helped the player get up and apologised. A collision led to Libertadores U-23 getting a freekick after 58 minutes play. Åke Nyqvist hit a great ball. In the 65th minute Elof Aspengren shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Verner Allbom saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After having played for 69 minutes, Per-Oskar Broman managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Libertadores U-23's supporters crossed their fingers, but Per-Oskar Broman was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Per-Oskar Broman struck a weak shot in the 71st minute. Verner Allbom didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Libertadores U-23. Elof Aspengren fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 92nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Verner Allbom having to interfere. Verner Allbom showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Elof Aspengren in the 95th minute of the match. In the 96th minute, Linus Ekström hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The Libertadores U-23 supporters were disappointed that their team didn't take anything from the match, despite matching Clownfiesta's performance. The match ended with a win for Clownfiesta.
